About Sit With Me

Sit With Me – by T creates handmade gifts, comforting homeware and supportive tools for neurodivergent, grieving and emotionally exhausted humans.

The idea grew from my own experiences with mental health, neurodivergence, grief and a nervous system that can sometimes be rather dramatic. I wanted to make things that feel understanding without being clinical, overly cheerful or full of toxic positivity—because sometimes we don't need to be fixed. We just need something that says, "I get it. You're not alone."

You'll find a mixture of gentle reminders, dark humour, cottagecore comfort and lovingly made chaos. Many pieces are created individually or in small quantities, allowing me to follow the creative spark rather than mass-produce. This means the shop is always evolving, and some pieces may be completely one of a kind.

The little frog you may spot around Sit With Me is Marcie. She was created in memory of my younger sister and quietly carries her name forward. Her story is part of the heart behind the brand, without making grief the whole story.

Everything is designed and made with care by me, T, with occasional assistance from my husband Josh—especially when technology or executive function decides not to cooperate.
